October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Keep an eye out for our employees wearing Pink shirts in October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We are currently holding a contest for the movers to take pictures during moves. So, if you are moving with us this month you may be asked to or see the guys snap a quick picture of their hard work in progress! These pictures will then be posted to our Facebook page and at the end of the month we will have a judge pick the favorite picture and the winner will win a fun gift card! We will also be donating a portion of this month’s profits to the Cancer League of Colorado. If you are interested in making a donation please visit www.cancerleague.org. We also had several of our movers run in this year’s Race for The Cure. It was great to see so many participants this year!

Breast cancer can affect anyone; About 1 in 8 U.S. women (12%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime. (www.breastcancer.org) Breast cancer is about 100 times less common among men than among women. The lifetime risk of men getting breast cancer is about 1 in 1,000. (www.cancer.org)

We are excited to share our support for everyone this disease has affected, help show yours and wear Pink with us!
